이용약관

이 약관은 GRAVITY(대표 이범우, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 iPhone 앱 Sceneline(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 내려받거나 쓰면 이 약관과 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(Apple Standard EULA)에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 두 문서가 서로 다르면 이 약관이 먼저 적용됩니다.

1. 앱이 하는 일

앱은 여러 컷이 이어져 하나의 이야기가 되도록 촬영을 안내하고, 찍은 사진과 영상을 칸 순서대로 정리해 사진 앱이나 편집 앱으로 넘겨 줍니다. 자막·러프컷 같은 결과물은 참고용이며, 완성도는 촬영 환경과 기기에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

2. 구매와 구독

• 놀이(평생): 한 번 결제로 놀이 영역의 이야기 틀을 계속 씁니다. 가족 공유를 지원합니다.
• 프로(월간·연간): 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 결제는 구매를 확인할 때 Apple ID로 청구되며, 현재 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간과 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다.
• 해지: iPhone 설정 → 이름 → 구독에서, 또는 앱의 설정 → 구독 관리에서 할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 남은 기간은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 프로 1편 무료: 프로 이야기 한 편을 결제 없이 처음부터 끝까지 쓸 수 있는 체험이며, 한 번만 제공됩니다.
• 환불: 결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리합니다. reportaproblem.apple.com에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 가격과 구성은 App Store에 표시된 내용을 따릅니다.

3. 이용자의 콘텐츠

• 앱으로 찍은 사진·영상·메모의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 이를 받지 않습니다.
• 콘텐츠는 이용자의 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 기기 분실이나 앱 삭제에 대비한 백업은 이용자가 iCloud 백업 등으로 관리합니다.

4. 하지 말아야 할 일

• 다른 사람의 동의 없이 촬영하거나, 법이 금지한 장소·대상을 촬영하는 일
• 다른 사람의 저작권·초상권·개인정보를 침해하는 일
• 앱이나 앱의 콘텐츠(이야기 틀·필터 등)를 복제·역설계·추출해 다시 배포하는 일
• 앱의 서버에 비정상적인 요청을 보내거나 보안 장치를 우회하는 일

5. 서비스의 변경과 중단

회사는 앱의 기능과 콘텐츠를 더하거나 바꿀 수 있습니다. 서비스를 중단해야 할 때는 미리 앱이나 이 웹사이트로 알립니다. 이미 결제한 평생 구매는 앱이 기기에서 동작하는 한 계속 쓸 수 있습니다.

6. 책임의 제한

회사는 앱을 성실히 제공하지만, 촬영 결과의 품질이나 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 앱 사용으로 생긴 데이터 손실이나 간접 손해에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호 법령(예: 일본 소비자계약법)이 회사의 책임을 모두 면제하는 것을 허용하지 않는 경우, 이 조항은 그 법이 허용하는 범위에서만 적용됩니다.

7. 약관의 변경

약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지와 앱으로 알립니다.

8. 준거법과 분쟁

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 다만 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호 법령이 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 줄어들지 않습니다.

These Terms set out the conditions for using the iPhone app Sceneline (the "App") provided by GRAVITY (Representative: Lee Beomwoo) ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). If the two documents conflict, these Terms take precedence.

1. What the App Does

The App guides your shooting so that multiple shots connect into a single story, arranges the photos and videos you capture in slot order, and hands them off to the Photos app or an editing app. Outputs such as captions and rough cuts are for reference only, and their quality may vary depending on shooting conditions and your device.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

• Play (Lifetime): A one-time payment gives you ongoing use of the story templates in the Play section. Family Sharing is supported.
• Pro (Monthly · Yearly): An auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the App under Settings → "Manage Subscription." If you cancel, you can keep using the App for the rest of the current period.
• 1 free Pro story: A trial that lets you use one Pro story from start to finish without payment. It is offered only once.
• Refunds: Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Prices and offerings are as shown on the App Store.

3. Your Content

• You own the rights to the photos, videos, and notes you create with the App, and we do not receive them.
• Your content is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing it up, for example with iCloud Backup, in case you lose your device or delete the App.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Filming others without their consent, or filming places or subjects where filming is prohibited by law
• Infringing on others' copyrights, portrait rights, or personal information
• Copying, reverse engineering, or extracting the App or its content (story templates, filters, and the like) for redistribution
• Sending abnormal requests to the App's servers or circumventing its security measures

5. Changes to and Suspension of the Service

We may add to or change the App's features and content. If we need to discontinue the service, we will give advance notice through the App or this website. Lifetime purchases you have already paid for remain usable for as long as the App runs on your device.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the App in good faith, but we do not guarantee the quality of your shooting results or fitness for any particular purpose. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the App. However, where the consumer protection laws of the country you live in (for example, Japan's Consumer Contract Act) do not allow us to exclude all liability, this section applies only to the extent those laws permit.

7. Changes to These Terms

If we change these Terms, we will give notice on this page and in the App 7 days before the changes take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you).

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes will be resolved in the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in.

本規約は、GRAVITY（代表：イ・ボムウ、以下「当社」）が提供するiPhoneアプリSceneline（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した場合、本規約およびAppleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（Apple Standard EULA）に同意したものとみなします。両者の内容が異なる場合は、本規約が優先して適用されます。

1. 本アプリの機能

本アプリは、複数のカットがつながってひとつのストーリーになるよう撮影をガイドし、撮影した写真や動画をコマの順に整理して、写真アプリや編集アプリに引き渡します。字幕やラフカットなどの成果物は参考用であり、仕上がりは撮影環境やデバイスによって異なる場合があります。

2. 購入とサブスクリプション

• プレイ（買い切り）： 一度のお支払いで、プレイ領域のストーリーの型を継続してご利用いただけます。ファミリー共有に対応しています。
• プロ（月額・年額）： 自動更新サブスクリプションです。お支払いは購入の確認時にApple IDに請求され、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ期間・同じ価格で自動的に更新されます。
• 解約： iPhoneの設定 → ユーザ名 → サブスクリプション、または本アプリの設定 →「サブスクリプションを管理」から行えます。解約後も、残りの期間はそのままご利用いただけます。
• プロ1本無料： プロのストーリー1本を、お支払いなしで最初から最後までご利用いただける体験版で、1回のみ提供されます。
• 返金： 決済と返金はAppleが処理します。reportaproblem.apple.comからご請求いただけます。
• 価格と内容は、App Storeに表示されている内容に従います。

3. お客様のコンテンツ

• 本アプリで撮影した写真・動画・メモの権利はお客様に帰属し、当社がこれらを受け取ることはありません。
• コンテンツはお客様のデバイス内に保存されます。デバイスの紛失や本アプリの削除に備えたバックアップは、iCloudバックアップなどによりお客様ご自身で管理してください。

4. 禁止事項

• 他人の同意なく撮影すること、または法律で禁止された場所・対象を撮影すること
• 他人の著作権・肖像権・個人情報を侵害すること
• 本アプリまたは本アプリのコンテンツ（ストーリーの型・フィルタなど）を複製・リバースエンジニアリング・抽出して再配布すること
• 本アプリのサーバーに不正なリクエストを送信すること、またはセキュリティ機能を回避すること

5. サービスの変更と中止

当社は、本アプリの機能やコンテンツを追加または変更することがあります。サービスを中止する必要がある場合は、事前に本アプリまたは本ウェブサイトでお知らせします。お支払い済みの買い切り購入は、本アプリがデバイス上で動作する限り引き続きご利用いただけます。

6. 責任の制限

当社は本アプリを誠実に提供しますが、撮影結果の品質や特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。当社の故意または重大な過失がない限り、本アプリの使用により生じたデータの損失や間接的な損害について、法律で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。ただし、お客様がお住まいの国の消費者保護法令（例：日本の消費者契約法）により当社の責任の全部の免除が認められない場合、本条はその法令が認める範囲でのみ適用されます。

7. 規約の変更

本規約を変更する場合は、施行の7日前（お客様に不利な変更の場合は30日前）までに、このページと本アプリでお知らせします。

8. 準拠法と紛争

本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠し、紛争は大韓民国の民事訴訟法に基づく管轄裁判所で解決します。ただし、お客様がお住まいの国の消費者保護法令が保障する権利は、本規約によって制限されません。
